Room Rental and Usage
2026 ROOM RENTAL AND USAGE GUIDELINES
The Brainerd Center on 803 Kingwood is located in the heart of Downtown Brainerd. This building serves as a hub of activity and connection Monday through Friday, but many of our main-level rooms are available for rent after hours and on weekends. These rooms are perfect for family gatherings like baby or bridal showers, family celebrations, meetings, classes, and events.
Our Great Room
Our Great Room is on the main level of The Center, and it seats around 100 people. The room contains quite a few tables, some long, and some square, that facility users are free to use. The Great Room is located just inside the main lobby, and there are multiple bathrooms available.
Rates for the Great Room are $100 for Non-Members and $50.00 for Members. Please check with our Admin office to see what dates are available.
The Kitchen
The Center’s Kitchen is right off the Great Room, and though renters cannot use our kitchen for cooking or coffee pots for brewing coffee, they can use it for prep of their food and beverages. We ask that our room renters bring their own paper products and cleaning supplies and leave the kitchen neat and tidy. This space is available to rent in the evenings (after 4:00 pm) or on weekends.
Rates for the Kitchen are $65 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members. Please check with our Admin office to see what dates are available.
The Craft Room
Our Craft Room is a non-carpeted room that can seat anywhere from 20-30 people. It has great natural lighting and its own sink. It is perfect for classes and gatherings and there is room to add more tables and chairs. This space is available to rent in the evenings (after 4:00 pm) or on weekends. Weekdays are possible as well but check with the Admin Office.
Rates for the Craft Room are $50 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members. Please check with our Admin office to see what dates are available.
The Card Room
Our Card Room consists of six 4-person tables and is spacious and cozy. Rates for the Card Room are $50 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members. Please check with our Admin office to see what dates are available.
The Board Room
The Board Room seats roughly 18+people, has a more professional feel, and has its own sink. The chairs are padded, and the tables are arranged in a “u” shape, which is perfect for meetings and business conferences.
This space is available to rent in the evenings (after 4:00 pm) or on weekends. Weekdays are possible as well but check with the Admin Office.
Rates for the Board Room are $65 for Non-Members and $45.00 for Members. Please check with our Admin office to see what dates are available.
Our goal is to keep our facility available for members, and non-members, use without requiring on-site staff hours. All facility users will be given a set of guidelines before usage. By following these guidelines, we can ensure The Center remains a safe and welcoming space for all.
