A New Workshop on End-of-Life Planning
Introducing A New Workshop from Lisa Woog on End-of-Life Planning

We are happy to share that The Center will be hosting a 6-session series by Lisa called Standing at the Threshold – Tending to the Things That Matter Most. This workshop will be held one Friday a month beginning January 19 and running through May 2026. All sessions will be held at The Center (803 Kingwood Street, Brainerd).
Lisa Woog is the owner of Graceful Guidance, a compassionate and comforting option that supports and assists people as they plan for their end-of-life journey. It doesn’t matter if you are young, healthy, and filled with vibrancy or facing a terminal illness, Lisa will help you feel empowered to cultivate a planning experience that honors your wishes.
Session Dates: January 16, February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15, and June 19.
These sessions will be held from noon-1:30 and will cover topics like:
- Discussing the Five Wishes Book
- Navigating Official Estate and Personal Business (passwords, belongings, gifting, etc
- Getting Started with Estates and Insurance
- Planning Your Celebrations of Life/Funeral/Vigil Wishes
- How Does Acknowledging our Dying Help us Live Well.
- A Relationship with Mystery
- Living with Grief.
Thanks in part to grant money from The Initiative Foundation, the reduced cost for the session is only $50 per person for all six sessions.
This cost will include a complimentary copy of 5 Wishes Guide. There will be other suggested reading items and resources that are not included in the cost of the six sessions.
