The Brainerd Center is a vibrant community hub that is dedicated to enriching the lives of mature adults through healthy living, socialization, lifelong learning, and meaningful community connections. We are proud to provide members and visitors alike with opportunities for fun, friendship, learning, and active engagement in a welcoming environment.
Annual membership is $25, which gives access to the full range of Center events, services, classes and groups, volunteer opportunities, and DONUTS!
Join and pay your membership fees online using your PayPal account or any major credit card. Or you can drop into The Center and fill out an application in person. You will be given your membership card, which gives you discounts at many area businesses.

Download our membership application and mail the completed form to The Center, 803 Kingwood Street, Brainerd, MN 56401 with your membership payment.

Select your membership type and click the “Add to Cart” button. Review your cart and once everything looks okay, click “Checkout”. Then choose how you would like to pay your membership fees: login to your PayPal account or select “Don’t have a PayPal account” to pay with any major credit card. Enter your Name, Address and other information as requested to complete the payment process.
Renew Your Center Membership
The Center Online Membership Form can be used by existing members who would like to renew their membership for another year. Membership renewal fees are $25 annually per person. To renew your membership, select your membership type and click the “Add to Cart” button. Review your cart and once everything looks ok, click “Checkout” to pay with any major credit card or “Check out with PayPal” to pay using your PayPal account. Enter your Name, Address and other information as requested to complete the payment process.
